I've been to this place off and on now for 12 years. I've had many bad experiences over that time and it's been years since I last ate here. I tried to get breakfast using the self service checkout as there were zero cashiers. I wanted a bacon, egg and cheese croissant but it showed not available for order. Yet an egg and cheese was as well as a plain croissant, so I figured they must be out of bacon. I tried again and ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I go to pick it up and I'm informed they have no bagels but they do have the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and just want my money back, but there is no one there that knows how to give refunds back to my card. So then I'm delayed even further waiting for a manager on the phone to process the refund. Overall an extremely frustrating experience once again and I won't be back. I can't comment on the taste of the food since I haven't had any in years but prior to now it was just ok and not worth the extremely high prices they charge unless you are starving and don't want to drive a couple blocks down the road for other restaurants. It seems the availability of pre-packaged fo

Wow, never knew this pretty restaurant was tucked away here. The food is really good! Appreciate the multi-grain option for the club sandwich - and the sandwich itself is generously filled - and not with bread! I’ll definitely be back.

My only gripe is that the hours were misleading. I came for a business trip and thought I'd stop here on the way to the airport. Came around 10:45 and the place was deserted. If Google Maps had the right hours listed, I would've come here earlier or gone elsewhere. Parking in this area is also near impossible. Can't comment on the food or service. The menu does look interesting.
